We start by clarifying your problem or ambition. We also look at underlying patterns and your qualities. You will gain new insights and perspective to use your qualities. You will also learn to fulfil your need for meaning. Sometimes we work abstract, sometimes very practical. That’s your choice.

What is the result of a career coach?
You learn to translate a feeling of dissatisfaction into a clear need. You strengthen your personal skills (assertiveness, communication skills, stress management, etc.). A career coach gives you insight into your motives and ambitions, making it clear where you want to go in your career. You have a roadmap for your career and you take the first steps. That gives you peace and meaning in your life.
What are the costs of a career coach / career advisor?
The costs of career coaching vary per person. Some opt for an intensive trajectory of a few interviews, others opt for 1 interview per quarter to stay on track. Often employers reimburse (part of) the costs of a career advisor. For private individuals, career coaching is free of VAT thanks to my CRKBO exemption. Take a look at my rates.
