We'll discuss your request for help first. Then we examine your beliefs, underlying patterns, and (underlying) causes. Then we look at desired beliefs and desired behaviour. You will then practice with that. You will do this during the communication training itself, but you will also get 'home' work for the work floor.

Why are beliefs so important in communication training?

How long does communication training take?
This depends on the complexity of your help request, and how quickly you are able to apply new insights and behaviour. Most of the professionals I coach have achieved their goals in 3 or 4 conversations: To be able to do their work in a relaxed and self-assured manner, to have a better relationship with colleagues, and finally to take room for their own ideas and needs.
