Yet still this is how it often goes on the shop floor. We ask too often from ourselves or from our team members behaviour and skills that are not naturally present as a strength. The result? Meagre results, energy leaking, insecurity, frustration, ineffective teams, waste of potential.

The individual DISC training helps you and/or your team members to discover and effectively use everyone's natural behavioural style and communication preferences. DISC stands for Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Conscientiousness. The relationship between these 4 behavioural styles determines the unique profile of yourself / your team members.
Do you put the emphasis in your work on, for example, achieving results, collaboration, relationships, quality, accuracy, reliability, or something else? Are you withdrawn, straightforward, or contemplative? And are you good at the big picture, at details, at enthusing, do you like to take your time for things, do you find it annoying to make mistakes, or to experience pressure?

You fill in a digital questionnaire yourself. A report rolls out. As a TTI Success Insights certified and experienced DISC trainer / team coach I guide you in analysing and interpreting the report, and in its implementation on the shop floor. Together we go from insight, to implementation, to result.

I was looking for a coach who would teach me how to be a bit stronger in my shoes. How do you like that? My experience with the intake interview with Marco started with a friendly and quiet reception. After an open initial question Marco was able to peel off a number of layers in a short period of time and arrive at a first core question or problem. By asking questions, giving examples and observing well, I managed to get even closer to my feelings and other questions. All this in a respectful and calm way.
The result of this intake interview is that a changed awareness and a number of insights have already emerged, which provide good starting points for further development. With this, and with an appropriate homework assignment, I can immediately get to work for and with myself!

What are we gonna do today? That's the first question you get at every appointment. Why is that? Because you're the determining factor. What do you want to work on?
